Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the flour to create a roux, whisking until smooth.
  4. Whisk in the chicken broth until it thickens, then stir in sour cream and green chiles.
  5. Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken and cheese, then fold and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
