Instructions
- Combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix until well combined, ensuring all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into patties, about the size of your palm.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. You want just enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
- Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve warm, maybe with a sprinkle of fresh herbs or your favorite dipping sauce!
