A delightful combination of tender ground turkey, aromatic garlic, and a sticky-sweet honey garlic sauce, perfect for cozy weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 3–4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Neutral Oil (Canola or Avocado)
Instructions
- Finely mince the garlic and chop the green onions. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the neutral oil.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked turkey and stir well. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- If desired, sprinkle in red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm over rice or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
You can prepare the ground turkey ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Serve it over jasmine rice or use it as a filling for wraps.
