- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- Mix together the sour cream, cheddar cheese, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, pouring the sour cream mixture over each layer.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
