- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth

- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the beef short ribs with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Sear the ribs over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
- Remove the ribs and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in the same pan until translucent.
- Stir in the beef broth, grape juice, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
- Place the ribs in a roasting pan and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover with foil and roast for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
