Description

This Roasted Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese combines creamy cheeses with roasted jalapenos, perfect for a cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • Bread (sourdough or your choice)
  • Cheddar cheese (or a cheese of your choice)
  • Cream cheese
  • Jalapenos (roasted, sliced)
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, spread cream cheese evenly.
  4. Layer the roasted jalapenos on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Add a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the jalapenos.
  6. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Place another slice of bread on top, buttered side facing out.
  8. Grill the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese has melted, flipping halfway through.
  9. Remove from heat, slice, and enjoy!

Notes
