Ingredients
- Bread (sourdough or your choice)
- Cheddar cheese (or a cheese of your choice)
- Cream cheese
- Jalapenos (roasted, sliced)
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, spread cream cheese evenly.
- Layer the roasted jalapenos on top of the cream cheese.
- Add a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the jalapenos.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place another slice of bread on top, buttered side facing out.
- Grill the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese has melted, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from heat, slice, and enjoy!
