Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

  2. Cool & prepare: Allow the roasted garlic to cool, then squeeze the cloves into a bowl.
  3. Combine ingredients: Add butter, parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to the same bowl and smash together.
  4. Shape the butter: Place the mixture on parchment paper and form into a tube or rectangle.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate the butter wrapped in parchment for about 60 minutes.
  6. Serve & enjoy: Once firm, slice and spread on bread, use on meats, or toss with pasta.
