Description

A delightful and easy weeknight dinner that wraps savory ingredients in a tortilla for a cheesy pizza experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  4. Add pepperoni slices and diced bell peppers.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Brush the outside of each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes
