- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Add pepperoni slices and diced bell peppers.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Brush the outside of each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
