- 1 lb Ribeye steak
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Garlic butter
- 4 Submarine rolls
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add garlic butter.
- Sauté sliced onions until golden-brown.
- Season ribeye steak slices with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook until steak is tender and juicy.
- Place provolone cheese on top of the steak and allow it to melt.
- Scoop the mixture into garlic buttered rolls, and serve hot.
Notes
Slice the steak against the grain for tenderness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
