Description

A warm bowl of pasta enveloped in a vibrant, creamy pesto sauce with tender chicken and fresh cherry tomatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set it aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat, then add the shredded chicken, cooking until heated through.
  3. Mix in the pesto and halved cherry tomatoes, allowing to cook together for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta into the skillet, tossing until well-coated in the creamy pesto sauce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the pasta, sprinkling with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different veggies or protein. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
