- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup pesto
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set it aside.
- Heat a large skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat, then add the shredded chicken, cooking until heated through.
- Mix in the pesto and halved cherry tomatoes, allowing to cook together for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta into the skillet, tossing until well-coated in the creamy pesto sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the pasta, sprinkling with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Feel free to customize with different veggies or protein. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
