Ingredients

- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- Butter, for grilling
Instructions
- Spread pesto generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place a slice of cheese on the unspread side of one slice of bread.
- Top with the other slice of bread, making sure the pesto side is facing up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a pat of butter.
- Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve hot.
