Description

Delicious no bake pumpkin cheesecake balls, perfect for fall gatherings and cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the graham cracker crumbs gradually, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Form small balls from the mixture, about the size of a tablespoon.
  4. If desired, roll the balls in chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving cold.
