Description

A luxurious no bake dark chocolate tart that’s rich, creamy, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Combine the crumbs with melted butter and mix until well coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
  4. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering, then pour it over the chopped dark chocolate.
  5. Stir the mixture until smooth and glossy.
  6. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  7. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  9. Top with fresh berries and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
