- 24 Oreo cookies
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Combine the crumbs with melted butter and mix until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering, then pour it over the chopped dark chocolate.
- Stir the mixture until smooth and glossy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Top with fresh berries and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For best results, prepare a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
