Description

Ingredients

  • 3 packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup caramel sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the finely crushed graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand and press it into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Cream the cheese: Beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Incorporate the sugar: Gradually add the granulated sugar to the cream cheese, beating well until fully incorporated.
  4. Add the eggs: One by one, add the large eggs to the mixture, beating on low speed just until incorporated.
  5. Finish with vanilla: Stir in the pure vanilla extract until combined.
  6. Pour and set: Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Add the caramel: Once set, remove the sides of the springform pan and drizzle with caramel sauce.
