Description

  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish and season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cream cheese over the chicken, covering each piece generously.
  4. Top with Mexican street corn and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
