  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for the sauce)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until fully blended, then form into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic for the sauce and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Carefully add the meatballs to the skillet, cooking for about 10-12 minutes. Roll them occasionally until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
