Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until fully blended, then form into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic for the sauce and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Carefully add the meatballs to the skillet, cooking for about 10-12 minutes. Roll them occasionally until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs drizzled with the buttery garlic sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
