This Instant Pot Lasagna delivers all the comfort of traditional lasagna with minimal effort, perfect for busy families and cozy dinners.

- 9 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 pound Italian sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to ‘Sauté’ and heat the olive oil.
- Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and stir well.
- Carefully pour in the water to deglaze the pot, scraping up any flavorful bits.
- Layer the bottom of the pot with lasagna noodles, breaking them if necessary.
- Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by half of the sausage mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on ‘Manual’ high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Once done, carefully release the pressure. Serve warm, garnished with shredded Parmesan.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat gently for best results.
