Description
A warm, gooey grilled cheese sandwich with a twist, featuring hot honey, tart apples, and crispy turkey bacon.

- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of cooked turkey bacon
- 1 small apple, thinly sliced
- 1–2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of a slice of sourdough bread.
- Layer one slice of cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side, followed by turkey bacon and sliced apples. Drizzle hot honey on top.
- Top with another slice of sourdough, buttered side facing out.
- Cook in the skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to customize with different cheeses, bacons, or bread types. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
