Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the diced chicken in a large skillet with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper until golden brown and cooked through—about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the honey and let simmer for another 2 minutes for a slight caramelization.
  5. Make the sauce by adding heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce, tossing to coat.
