Description

A creamy and refreshing homemade popsicle recipe that the whole family will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, fresh berries, and honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir gently to swirl the berries into the yogurt.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  4. Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  5. Run warm water over the molds to remove popsicles.
