Ingredients

- 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, fresh berries, and honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
- Stir gently to swirl the berries into the yogurt.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- Run warm water over the molds to remove popsicles.
