Description

A comforting and easy casserole packed with ham, tater tots, and cheesy goodness—perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked ham, diced
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the diced ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the ham mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Top the mixture with an even layer of tater tots.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tater tots.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your comforting casserole!

Notes

Make-ahead: Prepare the ham mixture in advance and add the tater tots and cheese just before baking for a quick meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
