- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until it’s smooth and pliable.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel.
- Brush the bagels with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving, then enjoy warm and fresh!
Notes
You can prepare the dough the night before and store it in the fridge; just bake them fresh in the morning.
