- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and beautifully browned.
- Serve the meatballs with marinara sauce over spaghetti or nestled in a sandwich.
