Description

Quick and easy Garlic Butter Steak Bites infused with garlic and red pepper flakes, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb Steak (top sirloin, strip, rib eye, or filets)
  • ½ tsp kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary (chopped)
  • ½ tbsp oil (olive, avocado, etc.)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Chopped Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, season the steak with ½ tsp kosher salt, ½ tsp pepper, and 1 tsp chopped rosemary.
  3. Massage the seasoning into the meat and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ½ tbsp of oil.
  5. Once the oil is shimmering, add the steak in a single layer and sear for about a minute.
  6. After that, stir occasionally, cooking for a total of 3 minutes.
  7. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  8. Lower the heat to medium and add 3 tbsp of butter to the skillet.
  9. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and ½ tsp red pepper flakes.
  10. Add the browned steak back to the pan and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  11. Remove the steak from the pan, serve it with your favorite sides, and garnish with chopped parsley if using.
