Description

A comforting bowl of garlic butter ramen noodles that’s quick and easy for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce, mixing well to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
