- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce, mixing well to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
