Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined in another bowl.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined; the dough will be thick and fudgy.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Form the chilled dough into small balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
- Place the sugared balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
