Ingredients

- Fondant leeks (or regular leeks)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons herb butter
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and clean the leeks, cutting them in half lengthwise.
- Add the herb butter to a skillet over medium heat, letting it melt and fill the air with aroma.
- Place the leeks cut-side down and sear for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth until it partially covers the leeks.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave.
