- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Sauté the chopped onion, diced carrots, and celery over medium heat until they’re tender and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced ham to the pot and cook for another couple of minutes.
- Stir in the white beans, chicken broth, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
