Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- Combine the cooked orzo, Boursin cheese, diced chicken, and chopped veggies in a large baking dish.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Mix until everything is well combined, ensuring the cheese coats the pasta and veggies evenly.
