Ingredients

  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (any flavor)
  • 1 lb diced chicken (cooked)
  • 2 cups your favorite veggies (zucchini, bell peppers, and spinach)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the cooked orzo, Boursin cheese, diced chicken, and chopped veggies in a large baking dish.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Mix until everything is well combined, ensuring the cheese coats the pasta and veggies evenly.
