Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds baby red potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the baby red potatoes, then cut them in half.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Combine the halved potatoes with the garlic butter and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the potatoes onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
