- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the baby red potatoes, then cut them in half.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Combine the halved potatoes with the garlic butter and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and tender.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
