Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Beat the eggs in another dish until frothy.
  4. Place the flour in a third dish.
  5. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, tapping off any excess.
  6. Dip the floured chicken tender into the beaten eggs, coating it generously.
  7. Coat the tender with the breadcrumb mixture.
  8. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
