- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Beat the eggs in another dish until frothy.
- Place the flour in a third dish.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, tapping off any excess.
- Dip the floured chicken tender into the beaten eggs, coating it generously.
- Coat the tender with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
