A comforting dish featuring tender baby potatoes coated in a rich and creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any family gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in melted butter over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Make the creamy sauce by slowly pouring in heavy cream, whisking gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper, and let thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Combine the cooked baby potatoes with the sauce, stirring gently to coat.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

You can prepare the sauce ahead of time and add potatoes just before serving. Feel free to customize with herbs, spices, or even cheese.
