Description

A refreshing twist on a classic mojito featuring creamy coconut and vibrant blackberries, perfect for cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 10 Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz White rum (or coconut water for a mocktail)
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 2 oz Cream of coconut
  • Ice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar (for rimming)
  • 1 Lime (for the rim)

Instructions

  1. Muddle blackberries and mint leaves in a glass.
  2. Add rum (or coconut water), lime juice, and cream of coconut.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Rim the glass with sugar and lime juice mixture.
  5. Stir gently to combine flavors, and garnish with mint and blackberries if desired.

Notes

You can pre-muddle the blackberries and mint in advance, and feel free to swap ingredients like cream of coconut for coconut milk.
