Description

A warm and cozy dish that combines creamy sauce with fettuccine pasta and diced chicken, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, make the chicken and sauce in advance and combine right before serving. You can also use rotisserie chicken to save time.
