Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent and fragrant.
  3. Add the sausage, breaking it apart and cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the butternut squash gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, then sprinkle with thyme and sage, stirring well to combine.
  6. Allow to simmer for a few minutes until everything is heated through and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
