Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package summer sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sautéing until they’re soft and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the sliced summer sausage to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Gently fold in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
