Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (your choice of flavor)
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or dried fruit
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the oats, protein powder, nut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips or dried fruit if desired.
- Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to an airtight container.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week; freeze for longer storage.
