Description

Delightful pumpkin spice cake pops that capture the essence of fall, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can (8 oz) cream cheese frosting
  • Orange candy melts
  • Mini chocolate chips (for stems)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions, mixing in the water, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Bake the cake in a pan as directed, and allow it to cool completely.
  4. Crumble the cake into a large bowl.
  5. Mix in the cream cheese frosting until well combined.
  6. Form small balls from the mixture, shaping them into pumpkins.
  7. Insert popsicle sticks into the top of each pumpkin.
  8. Melt the orange candy melts in the microwave, carefully following the package instructions.
  9. Dip each pumpkin into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  10. Place a mini chocolate chip on top as a stem.
  11. Allow the cake pops to set completely before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the cake up to a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
