Instructions
- Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
- Arrange the corn on the trivet, standing them upright if they fit.
- Close the lid and ensure the valve is set to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 3-4 minutes, depending on how tender you like your corn.
- Once the cooking time is up, carefully do a quick release of the pressure.
- Open the lid, and with a pair of tongs, carefully remove the corn from the pot.
- Season with salt and butter if desired, then serve warm.
