Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dried beef, sliced green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans for added crunch.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
