Description

Ingredients

  • 4 oz slices of dried beef, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dried beef, sliced green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated and creamy.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
  5. Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans for added crunch.
  6. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
  7. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Notes
