A creamy, no-bake cheesecake made in the air fryer topped with strawberry pie filling, perfect for cozy gatherings.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling (or other fruit flavors)
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully coated. Press firmly into the bottom of a small springform pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sour cream to the mixture and blend until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before topping with strawberry pie filling.
Notes
For an alternative flavor, try other fruit toppings or add cocoa powder for a chocolate version.
