- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoning them generously with salt and pepper. Cook until golden-brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
- Stir in 2 cups of broccoli florets, steaming until tender, about 3–5 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Mix to combine.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
