Description

A comforting and creamy one-pan dish featuring golden-brown chicken, vibrant broccoli, and bowtie pasta tossed in a buttery lemon sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoning them generously with salt and pepper. Cook until golden-brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
  4. Stir in 2 cups of broccoli florets, steaming until tender, about 3–5 minutes.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Mix to combine.
  6. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
