Description

Delightful Cookies and Cream Cookies filled with rich chunks of Oreo cookies and creamy white chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo or chocolate sandwich cookies (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar on medium speed until well combined and fluffy.
  4. Add in the large egg and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth with no lumps.
  5. Reduce the mixer speed to low and slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the coarsely chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop the dough onto your prepared baking sheets using a small cookie scoop (about 2 tablespoons), lightly pressing down each mound.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set but the center looks slightly underbaked.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
