Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the hashbrowns, shredded cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
