Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually blend it into the creamed mixture until just combined.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
