Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, lemon zest, and lemon juice; simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Stir in cooked pasta and parsley, tossing to combine.
