- 8 Lasagna noodles
- 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Creamy Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Spinach (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Combine cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and Alfredo sauce in a mixing bowl. Add spinach and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Lay out each lasagna noodle, applying a generous amount of the chicken mixture along the width of the noodle, then roll them up tightly.
- Place the rolls seam-side down in the baking dish. Cover with the remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Make it ahead by preparing the rolls a day in advance. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
