Ingredients

  • Low carb tortillas
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out the low carb tortilla on a flat surface, ready for filling.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Add pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, spreading them out.

  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from one side to the other, then place seam side down on a baking sheet.
