A warm, comforting casserole made with leftover turkey and tender broccoli, perfect for easy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded turkey, broccoli, cooked rice or pasta, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and top is golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
