Description

A warm, comforting casserole made with leftover turkey and tender broccoli, perfect for easy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded turkey, broccoli, cooked rice or pasta, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and top is golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
