Description

Quick and satisfying Buffalo Chicken Wraps that are perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner, combining spicy chicken with creamy ranch dressing and fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until the chicken is coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and add a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture along one side.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Roll up the tortilla tightly to form a wrap, tucking the ends in.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling until everything is used up.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Make the buffalo chicken mixture in advance and store it in the fridge for up to three days. Use a serrated knife for clean cuts when slicing the wraps.
