- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until the chicken is coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and add a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture along one side.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly to form a wrap, tucking the ends in.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling until everything is used up.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Make the buffalo chicken mixture in advance and store it in the fridge for up to three days. Use a serrated knife for clean cuts when slicing the wraps.
